Cancellation Policy
### **Booking Policy** 1. **Advance Booking:** Clients are encouraged to book appointments at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. 2. **Confirmation:** All bookings will be confirmed via email or SMS within 24 hours. 3. **Payment:** Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 4. **Late Arrivals:** Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability. ### **Cancellation Policy** 1. **Cancellation Notice:** Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund or credit. 2. **Late Cancellations:** Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service price. 3. **No-Shows:** Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount. ### **Waitlist Policy** 1. **Joining the Waitlist:** Clients can join the waitlist for fully booked services by providing their preferred date, time, and contact information. 2. **Notification:** Waitlisted clients will be notified immediately if an appointment becomes available. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. 3. **Confirmation Window:** Waitlisted clients must confirm their appointment within 2 hours of notification to secure the spot. ### **General Terms** - All policies are designed to ensure fairness and accommodate both clients and practitioners. - By booking an appointment, you agree to abide by the policies outlined above.
